Praising God continuously can be a huge task, but when we slow down to appreciate the beauty in the world around us, we are beginning to learn the practice of praise.

    In these videos, I demonstrate some of the prayer vinyasas that I’ve taught in class. A vinyasa is a sequence of poses, so a prayer vinyasa is a sequence of poses coordinated with a prayer or verse of scripture. It’s my hope that these vinyasas will provide an opportunity for you to draw close to God and listen for the voice of the Divine within you...
