Isaiah 43:1 reminds me of the beautiful way that God loves us, rescues us from the things that enslave us and knows us each by name. When His disciples asked Jesus how they should pray, this is how He answered them. When we pray this prayer, we are connecting ourselves with the generations of Christians who have prayed this same prayer, just as the disciples of Christ prayed it, thousands of years ago. May you find unity and a sense of connectivity with all those around the world who find comfort in the “daily bread” that God provides. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. In these videos, I demonstrate some of the prayer vinyasas that I’ve taught in class. A vinyasa is a sequence of poses, so a prayer vinyasa is a sequence of poses coordinated with a prayer or verse of scripture.
